2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid Review
There is no car belonging to sedan family which has a broad range of features and drivetrains other than the Ford Fusion. It is the only sedan car, as of yet, which is available with plug-in, hybrid and all-wheel drivetrains. The company has made smart and minor improvements to make the driving experience of Fusion more pleasing and comfortable. Let’s see if the 2017 Ford Fusion is able to follow suit.
The silhouette, posture and design details of the 2017 Ford Fusion make it one of the most attractive looking sedans. The elegant shape appears even more stylish in darker colors. The front grille has become wider and glossy. Both LED head and tail lights somewhat look alike. The chrome strip in-between the tail lights gives a unique and elegant look to the rear part of the car. New wheel designs have also been added. The new Sport trim has a unique black grille, a rear spoiler, dual exhaust outlets and special 19-inch wheels.
The interior cabin matches its exterior’s elegance and appeal of the 2017 Ford Fusion. The seats and dashboard have a sophisticated design. The new Sync 3 system is more user-friendly and responsive than the previous versions. The driver’s seat is easily adjustable and provides the driver with a good sight of the surroundings. The slopping roof from the back does decrease headroom for rear passengers but space is enough for average-sized adults. Trunk space is about 16 cubic feet which is almost average for a sedan. Additionally, the cabin is quieter due to acoustic windshield and side glass which provide a more serene and calming journey.
The notable features of the 2017 Ford Fusion include LED headlights, taillights and daytime running lights, cooled driver and passenger seats, leather door trims, leather wrapped instrument panel, console lid and steering wheel, Sync 3 connectivity, 8-inch LCD touchscreen, voice activated navigation system, parking and front pre-collision assist, blind spot information system, cross traffic alert, inflatable rear safety belts, adaptive cruise control and lane keeping system.
