A lot of times people who like two-seater coupe sports cars usually lack the money to pay for the hefty price tags these vehicles comes with. However, Nissan seems to have given something affordable to people through the 370Z series. The 2017 Nissan 370Z is an impressive example of finding a balance between high performance and everyday usability while still maintaining an affordable price. However, some drivers would argue that Nissan hasn’t but a lot of focus in performance and happens to be slower than the V-8 muscle car. Let’s take a closer look and see what the vehicle has to offer.

The 2017 Nissan 370Z has a low profile. It features a short wheelbase and a broad posture which makes it look somewhat chubby. But overall it has a sporty and sharp design that allows this vehicle to give off a look that is smart and elegant. The optional sports package adds front and rear spoilers along with large sports tires emphasizing the final sporty look. However, the Nismo trim includes elements which make the car more aerodynamic in performance. The front headlights have an iconic arrowhead look. The Nissan logo is present right in the center of the front.

The 2017 Nissan 370Z isn’t something that would give it points in the luxury department. It also leaves a lot to be desired especially compared to vehicles offered by BMW, Audi and Porsche. However, the interior is quite on par with what one would expect from a two-seater with such a price tag. The ‘Active Noise Cancellation’ system makes the cabin quieter. It does so without adding heavy sound-proofing and consuming more space. Three gauges in the center of the dashboard depict the conventional gauges used in the Z series since the 1970s. The two seats are set comfortably apart. The cargo space is also roomy. The roof could’ve been a bit higher especially for tall drivers.

The 2017 Nissan 370Z is available as a coupe or convertible (roadster). There are four trims for the coupe: Base, Touring, Touring Sport and Nismo. While the roadster is available in two trims: Touring and Touring Sport. The standard features of the base model include automatic bi-xenon headlights, LED day-running lights and tail lights. It also has automatic climate control, cruise control, keyless entry, and ignition and four-speaker audio system. Furthermore, the Touring trim adds leather upholstery, heated power-adjustable seats, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. ‘Touring Sport’ trim adds limited-slip differential, heated side mirrors, eight-speaker Bose sound system along with noise control and sound enhancer technology. The 370Z Nismo contains most of the features of the other trims along with leather sports seats and many electronic features including a 7-inch touchscreen and navigation system.
