In the automobile industry, Audi is a famous name. That is why a lot of drivers are looking forward to the 2017 Audi A4. The company boasted a lot about the A4. The vehicle has been fully redesigned from inside out. It is also loaded with the most advanced technological features. These include the instrument cluster display. The display not only show gauges but also the navigation and maps as well. The vehicle’s key competitors are the BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz C-Class, and Cadillac ATS. Exterior
The 2017 Audi A4 model is slightly wider and also a bit longer than previous models. Near the headlight and front grille the angular lines have been increased overall. Additionally, everything is in proportion as far as design is concerned. Furthermore, it also emphasizes aerodynamics. The vehicle has an impressive drag coefficient of 0.27. The side mirrors are door-mounted. The undercarriage has been smoothed out too. At the front, the hexagonal frame is quite pronounced. The four-ring logo has been neatly integrated into the top three lines. The vehicle also boasts Xenon bulbs. All in all, the exterior look of the A4 does make for a stunning vehicle.
Interior
The biggest and most exciting interior feature of the 2017 Audi A4 is the “Virtual Cockpit”. Additionally, improvements have been made to the MMI infotainment system. It now possesses a touch-pad to enter addresses for navigation. The dashboard is simple. Similarly to other Audi models, you’ll see the MMI screen at the top center. Additionally, as a standard, the steering wheel and gear level have been leather wrapped. The cabin is roomy even for the passengers in the back. The front seats are comfortable, which makes for a great driving experience. Not to mention, the various knobs and buttons are all made from high-quality material. They don’t feel flimsy and that is for sure!
Features
The 2017 Audi A4 sedan is available in three trims: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. The standard features of the A4 Premium include automatic xenon headlights, LED day running lights and tail lights. It also has automatic wipers, heated mirrors, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, leather upholstery,and power-adjustable front seats. Along with rear-view camera, heated mirrors, 7-inch central display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration. It also has a 10-speaker audio system with CD player, USB ports, SD card slots, and satellite radio. Optional features include auto-dimming power folding side mirrors, key-less entry, and ignition.
Premium Plus trim adds heated front seats, 19-speaker Bang and Olufsen surround-sound audio system, along with front and rear parking sensors. Optional features include blind spot monitoring, rear collision alert, 12.3-inch “Virtual Cockpit” instrument cluster and upgraded infotainment system. The Prestige trim adds a head-up display and additional interior lighting. It also adds a surround view parking camera system. Furthermore, optional features include automatic high-beam headlight control, lane-departure warning, and traffic signs recognition.
