Midsize Pickup Truck: 2015 GMC Canyon
This is not another truck; it is the 2015 GMC Canyon. Though the truck has its own similarities with its siblings, but it also has its uniqueness that set it apart from the rest.
If we pay attention to the trucks that are for sale, most of them would not be a truck that we can call innovative or fresh. So, basically buyers do not really have lots of choices. Thanks to the new trucks like 2015 GMC Canyon and Chevy Colorado, options are now higher. Well, the two mid size trucks actually have so many features in common that many people would think that they are identical.
GMC has high hopes with the 2015 GMC Canyon specifications. They hope that the truck can help them grab the attention of crossover drivers back to the likes of mid size trucks. However, the GMC Canyon is no compact truck. The bed length is at the maximum with six feet and the engine is one of the biggest engines available with the 3.6 liter V6. Those are what set the Canyon apart from its base version brother called GMC Sierra.
With the high end 2015 GMC Canyon concept, certainly the truck will have the attentions. You can see that it has the familiar styling of the front end to make the truck looks so capable, rugged and burly. The overall exterior look may be inspired from the Sierra. As for the front end of the truck, it has the similar look like any other GMC’s truck with its bumper area and tailgate. Even the detail is familiar with the squared wheel arches that flared.
Even with all those similarities, the 2015 GMC Canyon has some differences too from the other trucks. This uniqueness in the exterior is what makes the truck different from the rest. The sides are no mainstream pickup sides. The lower window line goes up toward the rear. For the interior, there are also some similarities with the Sierra. The most visible one is the pattern.
